Excellent service. Nice pool. However, after reading the reviews, I honestly thought the hotel would be of a higher standard. The area around the hotel was uninteresting and the beds were sagging.

Really nice stay. Alex at the front desk was incredibly nice and super helpful, answering all my questions (in great English), making suggestions and helping me get a motorbike rental. Fantastic breakfast made to order with plenty of options, cooked and served by a very nice staff, eager to help. Not super high end, but more than worth the price!

Great little hotel, close to shops and the night market, walk away from the river where you can enjoy great sunset cruises! Breakfast was nice, room was clean and comfortable. Overall good experience

I stayed at three different properties during my time in Luang Prabang. This place was by far my least favorite. This property is much nicer on the outside than the inside. It has a nice courtyard with a pool and a breakfast restaurant next to a lily pond. The service is friendly enough, too. However, the interior and the rooms (at least my room) feel old, dated, and kind of run down. They could definitely use a refresh.

Needs attention

I would love to give this hotel a good rating as it is really cute but there were too many negatives. We were given a room right off the lobby which was very noisy. We did ask for change at check in but was refused. Woken up very early with doors slamming and people talking. Tv was useless and fridge made such a loud noise we had to turn it off. Coffee in breakfast room was never hot. Tried to get info on transport to train and receptionist no able. On the positive it was clean, soft pillows, nice pool and good location.

The hotel was clean which is very important to us. Alex, at the front desk could communicate with us well in English which was super helpful. He arranged a tour for us, train tickets and also gave us great directions. The breakfast had a great variety of food and very good. We would stay at this property again.

The hotel is way overpriced. The rooms are very small and dark, there were many stains on the walls and holes in the ceiling. We had some ants in the room and instead of a shower there was a bathtub which was already black inside. It is a 10 minute walk from the night market but not in the city center. Breakfast is okay, but not what you would expect in that price range. The hotel would have been okay for a low budget hotel but for the price we paid we expected a lot more compared to other hotels we stayed in during our trip.

Quel dommage !

Déçue par cet hôtel qui semblait bien noté. L'ensemble a beaucoup de charme et du potentiel, mais le confort n'y est pas. Literie dure, salle de bain vieillotte avec douche sans porte ni rideau. Petit déjeuner correct pour ceux qui aiment le salé et quasi inexistant pour ceux qui mangent sucré. Service pas au niveau.

Gut gefallen hat uns der kostenlose Fahrradverleih. Mit diesen kann man schön im Ort rumfahren und diesen erkunden. Auch der Pool ist schön und eine erfrischende Abkühlung. Über die Unterkunft lässt sich ein Moped mieten, welches allerdings von einem externen Dienstleister zur Verfügung gestellt wird und mit viel bürokratischem Papierkram vermietet wird. Außerdem wird ein Ausweis gefordert, welcher als Pfand einbehalten wird. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, auch wird nicht gerade großzügig nachgelegt. Die Dame die für das Frühstück zuständig ist, spielt lieber jeden Morgen in einem Kämmerchen an ihrem Handy. Auf dem ganze Buffet sind Ameisen zu finden. Einen Transport über die Unterkunft zu buchen, kann ich nicht empfehlen, da die Preise völlig überzogen und keineswegs ortsüblich sind. Entgegen der Aussagen des Personals an der Rezeption, kann man leicht ein Tuktuk auf der Straße anhalten und nehmen.

Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Charmant petit hôtel assez bien situé. Les propriétaires étaient toujours souriants et prêts à nous aider. Mis à part les fruits frais et les jus, le petit déjeuner laissait à désirer. Je recommande néanmoins cet hôtel pour un agréable séjour à Luang Prabang.

Lovely hotel, good service, clean, great value

The staff did everything possible to make our stay a good one. We had to check our bags in at 5am, no problem. After seeing the Monks almsgiving procession as the receptionist had wisely recommended, we had a good walk about and then we were free to use the pool and sit around until our room was ready later. Lovely pool to use and lie around. It looks and is a hidden oasis. Room was a good size. Nice facilities and the whole hotel was constantly being cleaned and recleaned and thus cleanliness was always assured. A good selection of breakfast choices from the buffet. Beers and soft drinks available to buy from the fridge at reception. Good advice provided and tours booked and well organised for you if you want (cheaper than other hotels as we found from some fellow tour takers). A great hotel at a great price

とてもゆっくりできました。 夜行バスでルアンパバーンに到着し、そのままホテルに向かいましたが、チェックインしていただけました。 また、チェックアウト後もロビーでゆっくりさせていただけ、とても過ごしやすかったです。
