"While the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms were completely outdated and the carpet was musty smelling in my first room. I ended up having to change rooms because the faucet in the tub wouldn’t stop leaking. The new room (on a different floor) did not smell, but was also very outdated."

"The room itself was clean but when we went to bed we notice that bed sheet has a feces stain from a previous use it was dried and badly stained where my head was laying I called the front office and they practically ignored it and sent just a blanket instead of taking the sheet and cleaning my room. ..."
