I had room upgrade when I arrived, and the rooms were spacious. This feels like a luxury hotel at a fair price. I will stay here again if I come through Singapore for another layover."

"The staff were helpful in accommodating a larger room and reserving a taxi for the morning. This is more like a hostel than a hotel. The shower is in the toilet area so everything including toilet paper gets soaked. The bed is soft and accessible only on one side. We felt very cramped in the room. It definitely does not look like photos on the website."
