"Amazing location and property "

"Hotel was in a perfect location. Close to Times Square and 5th Ave. Front desk staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping was always very attentive. Rooms are a good size for New York, stayed in a double queen and room was very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small but it’s expected in New York. Overall would totally book again. Very happy with my decision to stay here. Have been to New York several times and this hotel is my favorite thus far. It has it all location, great staff, great rooms. "

"Super convenient location! Walkable to everything, close to times square and broadway shows, as well as Radio City music hall. Easy access to public transportation. It was loud outside, but it is NY so that is expected. Not a great view from the room on the 8th floor, but room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower took a while to heat up and had to have on full heat to get a good temp."

"POD 39 was awesome. Very convenient! Very clean the staff was amazing. Made it real simple to check in and check out! Housekeeping was always on point! They made sure our trash was always thrown, towels were always good & that was always made! POD 39 always made sure that we were having a great day by constantly updating us with the text messages! They also gave us information on how we could take a walking tour! There was a bar in the hotel, which was pretty nice! There was also an Italian restaurant as soon as you walked in! Lobby was nice and comfy! I also really enjoyed that you could only go up and down the elevator with your room key, which made it pretty safe! I will definitely be booking again here on my next trip to New York! "

"Staff was excellent, courteous and attentive. The room was small, but clean and always smelled great from the restaurant’s aromas. Plus, I only needed it to rest and shower, so it did the job perfectly! Another positive was that it was centrally located to many attractions, like the Raging Bull, Wall Street, Joe’s Pizza, and more! "
