Hugely disappointing

The incredible level of noise from the traffic, sreaming people, ambulance and police sirens makes it impossible to sleep in this apartment in need of proper renovations. We were so relieved we were only staying one night! The only window in the bedroom does not provide enough ventilation, the view is blocked by a huge billboard in front of dirty fixed glass panels , the entrance is shabby and noisy, the TV loses reception frequently , the extremely narrow stairs make it a challenge to take luggage upstairs, and even the information booklet is old and dirty. Communication with the owner was not easy. Why expect a phone call instead of an email when most travellers would not have a local sim card on arrival? 'Was certainly not worth US $186, not even half! The only positives were the strong WIFI , plenty of fresh linen and towels, and an interesting location in central London. Far from being enough!

Spacious property but location very noisy

The property is spacious but its next to a very busy junction and hence it is really noisy the whole night. It was really hard to sleep in the night with noise. The view was blocked by a big advertisement too out of the window. Ventilation can be good but for that you have to open windows which means increase in noise which was already too high. Stairs are steep and small, hence if you have luggage then it can be tricky to take luggage upstairs.
