We had a great stay at our apartment in Knaresborough Pl. It was a very clean, beautifulll room. Very spacious with a great bathroom and kitchen. Would highly recommended and would even stay ourselves again.

Loved the high ceilings and doors onto the balcony, created a lovely feel in the property. The heated bathroom floors meant any spills from the shower dried really quickly and it was beautifully furnished. The host company was extremely responsive when we had concerns and very helpful with local recommendations. Very safe area and walkable to either local transport or the main high streets. Would definitely come again.

Great location, surrounded by good local restaurants and very close to the earls court tube. Room was tidy, comfortable and the kitchen was very handy. Our only critique was the noise, you can hear your neighbour quite clearly through the walls so our sleep was interrupted a few times but other than that small issue we highly recommend this location for a stay in London.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent and communication from the operators was very good. Overall cleanliness and condition was adequate. The apartment was a little bit tight, but that is to be expected in London. More hooks, racks, etc would help. Also, we really appreciated free access to laundry (with pods) but the dryer took a very long time to dry a load, just be aware of this. If you are looking for a safe and quiet "home base" while exploring London, this is a great option. Earls Court Station was just a short walk away.

Had a great stay here and look forward to coming back. Upon arrival the Wi-Fi was a little weak so within minutes they installed a repeater and it was great after that. Wonderful service. Instant replies when communicating. Couple minutes to Earl’s Court station, a few more to Gloucester Road station. Great restaurants and access to amazing sites nearby. Highly recommended!

This hotel is well-equipped, and the interior decor is quite nice. Personally, I appreciate the self-check-in method, which is convenient and efficient. Overall, there are no major issues, but the one thing I don't particularly like is the design where the shower drain is in the middle of the bathroom floor. Personally, I'm not a fan of this design.
