Treppenhaus war sehr dreckig und unordentlich.
Wifi funktioniert nicht.
Keine Informationen wie die Heizung funktioniert.
Kaum möglichkeiten um die Duschtücher und Handtücher aufzuhängen.
Eine Zimmertür kann nicht geschlossen werden, fehlt die Türklinke.
Für mehr als 6 Personen wird es sehr eng in der Wohnung.
Property - Unfortunately pictures make it look better than actually is, very very noisy and not the most welcoming of entrances. Tv didn’t work properly
Money - paid fee upfront on the app then had to pay £300 deposit on arrival, (supposedly refundable) However £111 cleaning fee deducted!!!!!
I was in there a few hours, slept didn’t use anything other than bed and bathroom. Will never use again and am very disappointed that hotels.com lists this property. So much so I think I will look to move my business to another provider.
1/10, genuinely one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had.
The entire place smelled like mold, including the sheets, which made it hard to sleep. The walls were visibly dirty, and the ceilings had clear water damage. The floors hadn’t been cleaned either; everything felt disgusting.
For an apartment that’s supposed to accommodate 8 people, there was only one key, which is ridiculous. To make things worse, some of the bedroom doors didn’t even have doorknobs, so you couldn’t properly close them.
The bathroom was filthy and barely stocked. There were only 1 to 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 night stay. The windows didn’t open at all, the blinds were broken, and overall, the place felt neglected and poorly maintained.
On top of that, a maintenance man opened the door and came in without knocking while we were inside, which was completely unacceptable. The maid also tried to kick us out at 8:30AM the morning of checkout.
Do not stay here.
