Great value for London stay

The hotel is conveniently located to bus and train lines. This is a big plus in the London area. The rooms are spacious. There are laundry, gym and restaurants on site.

It's literally next to Tube station, 6 min ride away from Heathrow airport. Everyone was friendly, and helpful. Especially Luna!! The breakfast was delicious, with many options.

I've stayed here a few times over the years due to the location, amenities and ease of getting in to central London. The apartments are well appointed and clean, and the price is reasonable for London. It's ideal if you're driving to London due to the secure car park (you do have to pay extra for parking) and it's easy to get to from the motorway network. Hayes train station is next door and you can be in central London in under 20 minutes. It's also great for getting to Windsor. The staff were all helpful and polite.

I liked the studio apartment. Eighth floor was quiet. Only issue is the air conditioning was not working well and the windows do not open so it was too hot at night.

Excellent location if you need to get into the metropolis or points west (e.g., Oxford). A well-stocked Tesco next door is also very convenient. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. My only caution is housekeeping, which is hit-or-miss: they did not refresh my room as scheduled and when they did, they left the floor unswept, didn't change all the sheets, a few other things. Speaking to the front desk sorted most of these issues.
