The entire staff was MOST accommodating and friendly! The property was very well maintained accessible. We found the location was the perfect place for us as we traveled to watch the ASU Sun Devils play at Wembley Stadium. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

Walkable from the Tube station and conveniently located to Wembley Stadium along a pedestrian promenade with restaurants, grocery stores, and a small shopping mall. Our reasonable rate included a traditional English breakfast along with a variety of other choices. Along with a clean room and a quiet floor, our 6-day stay was quite a deal.

Fair experience for my family, especially good choice of hotel after concert around Wembley. Clean and tidy. The only drawback is the restaurant is undergoing renovation, so no breakfast can be provided, getting my wife and daughter to be disappointed

If you are looking for a place to stay that's just not up to scratch, with rooms that are just worn out a tad too much, lifts that shout at you when the doors open and close, air conditioning that sounds like a running water feature and water pipes that sound like a plane taking off when you (or anyone else within a three floor radius) run the hot water a little too hard then this is the place for you! If not, spend a few more quid on an upgrade to a more up to standard hotel. On the plus side: Personel was friendly and helpful enough but seem to have lost all joy in life and/or work. Breakfast was decent and location is good being next to Wembley Stadium, London designer outlet and within walking distance of train and underground. All in all, if you're on a budget this is an acceptable place to stay. If you are able to spend a bit more on your stay, it is advisable to do so and choose a hotel thats just a bit more up to standard.

Very Spacious clean room. Respectful staff from the reception to the restaurant. Location is a top notch. Nearby train and bus stations for movement convenience. Shops, restaurants nearby. Wifi is excellent. I will visit again and recommend to others to use the hotel.
