Very clean and spacious. But in this day and age in London apartments like this have to have air conditioning for summer months. I barely slept because it was so hot

Property was great. Only suggestion would be a better form of room cooling. The building was very hot and the fan provided insufficient. That aside, I was very impressed and would certainly use again.

2 night stay with temperatures during the day of 11-13 degrees. Positive: Clean room, good location. Tube is very close and there is a grocery store around the corner. Negative: very hot room because of the sunlight in the morning. The television had trouble to stay connected to the wifi. So anything we started watching on netflix in te evening, we could not finish.

Lovely apartment

Really lovely apartment nice and clean! Bed was super comfy! In great location and easy access to central London. Communication was great!! The only 2 negatives for us was the apartment was very hot, and due to level it was (3rd floor) the windows did not open very much. There was a fan provide however this made little difference. My o my other negative was that there was not a mirror/table in the bedroom for getting ready. However this is only a minor complaint and would definitely stay here again if visiting London.

Stay hotel has a nice location. Just next to Earls Court station. If you don’t like trains sound passing by , you might be disturbed but I always liked it. Do not imagine a standard apartment, it is at the end of the day a London hotel toom size. Especially bathroom is really small .However, the room has major amenities you might need. Wifi works perfectly The only problem was the temperature in the room. Although It is only Spring but the room feels like August heat.. Thanks God they have put a ventilator .

If you value a good comfy nights sleep, do not stay at this property. Whilst the property is super clean and tidy and excellently located in the heart of Earls Court, the owners decided to provide the cheapest most uncomfortable mattresses available on the market. Staying here screwed up my back for an entire week! Until this property pays out for some decent supportive mattresses, I highly do not recommend.

The wifi was not reliable. The power went out. hotels.com did not forward my email to the owner for registration/entry info. The garden view was non existent. The way too high windows only opened a crack with no AC. Awkward room layout. No cushioned seating area. The fridge did not work on the first night. Tiny fan provided did not cut it. Bathroom was tiny.

too many stairs. no person over 60 years of age would like to klimb those stairs. no place to leave a pram downstairs. you have to take it to the appartment. the bed is only 140cm wide. no 2 persons can sleep like that. internetconnection terrible.

I like the automation process, though it almost put me in trouble at the initial point. However, the people in charge of rendering help should be more apt to their duties irrespective of the time. I had an issue and reported but the first response I got was that the office is closed for the day without taking time to understand the issues. It took a sense of persistence for the person to now render the desired help.

Appartamenti abbastanza recenti in una zona comoda vicina alla metro e con un supermercato vicino che può permettere di fare colazione con ottimi prodotti e super economici. Noi avevamo un appartamento al piano 4 senza ascensore. Non comodissimo dopo ore di cammino a Londra e soprattutto con le valigie. Attenzione non è possibile lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check in. Noi abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in un centro l’invidino al costo di 13,5 sterline.
