The attention to detail is second to none throughout the whole property. The place is sparkling and spotless. Absolute pleasure to spend time there, relax and unwind. "The place was not open when I tried to get in all doors were locked, the receptionist didn't have my booking details. There was a set of building steps at the door that I needed access to get into my room. The room stank of paint and the pictures in the advertisement was not the same as the room that I was given. The phone number that was advertised on the entrance did not exist. The place was a horrible tip thats why I lefr after an hour."

"Second stay at the Castle Hotel did not disappoint the facilities are great with friendly staff, good dining options and the location for an event at Brands Hatch is hard to beat. We would happily stay there again."

"Had a nice experience "

"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these...

"The staff and the food were excellent and without fault. The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep."

"Nice clean room, got parked outside and was able to check-in early. Good choice of drinks, a well supported pub which is nice to see. Nice hot shower in the morning too."
