The hotel building is a wonderful sight and induces a good start to staying there. Alll amenities from reception, bedroom, lifts, restaurants and lounges are clean and of high standard befitting a stay in London. All staff were friendly and there was an "homeliness" about the hotel.

Premier Inn London Farringdon - Smithfield
The premier plus room we had was very basic - the room was small, no drawers for clothing, no safe, no phone, our room was not cleaned when requested during our four night stay. The breakfast items were very basic and items were not replenished on a timely basis. We are very disappointed. Definitely ...
