The hotel building is a wonderful sight and induces a good start to staying there. Alll amenities from reception, bedroom, lifts, restaurants and lounges are clean and of high standard befitting a stay in London. All staff were friendly and there was an "homeliness" about the hotel.

Premier Inn London Farringdon - Smithfield
The premier plus room we had was very basic - the room was small, no drawers for clothing, no safe, no phone, our room was not cleaned when requested during our four night stay.
