"We found this hotel overall to be comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were the same each day: cereals, pastries, pancakes, cold cuts, boiled eggs, fruit, bread for toasting, along with coffee, juices, and tea. The price for what was offered : 14€ per person was fairly reasonable. We were disappointed to discover that use of the hot tub required a significant additional fee, but since the listing had merely said one was "available, " I guess that was on us. More concerning was the unavailability of wifi in our room, which we discovered was due to our room's location. Since we had paid more to have a suite type room, with a sitting area, it was disappointing to discover that our splurge had cost us the use of wifi. Also, we had to have a space heater placed in the room as the thermostat controls were not working, but the space heater did warm the room sufficiently. It was rainy during our visit, and the hotel offered loaner umbrellas, which was kind. Parking was on street, and required payment during the day, but the tourist office told us that parking from 7 pm to 8 am was free. Hope that was true! We will likely not visit Lourdes again, but if we did, we would consider staying again, although not in the same wifi-less room."

"Ideal location if visiting the Basillica. No frills hotel, but very clean and beds are comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful. Restaurant has very weird hours (no food between 3 pm and 7 pm) and restaurant staff is mixed; one waiter was quiet but very helpful but another was quit rude and acted unhappy to be serving Americans. There are many other restaurants around (the grille across the street had good food and very friendly staff)—but many of them are closed during the “off season”."
