"My sister and I love coming to the Lincoln Hotel and have stayed over the course of many years. This time our visit was especially good, largely in part because the staff on Reception were so courteous, welcoming and efficient. They really went the extra mile for us, enabling my sister, who has mobility issues, to move around the hotel stress-free. They were truly amazing. "Had a lovely stay at Union Street. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and facilities were excellent. Great location for the Cathedral quarter of the city and close to some amazing restaurants. Only issue was the parking having to pay for parking when the advert stated freebies such as self parking. "

"Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "
