"Beautiful historic place to stay, situated in a picture postcard village. We loved staying here and found it very practical given we were in the area for a music festival. The room was very comfortable, amenities very good and the staff were extremely helpful in helping us check in early! Breakfast is made fresh for each guest when they book breakfast and the pub's setting is lovely with all the original features of the coaching inn. We stayed during some very hot days so had to have the windows...

"The room was smaller than I imagined. The air conditioning was not working hence the room was very hot making sleeping difficult. My kids woke up several times in the night. Then in the morning, the hot water stopped working The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good."

"We loved our stay for three nights, great room with plenty of space for the wheelchair. Breakfast was gtrat with plenty of choice. All staff were brilliant from the time we arried to the time we departed. Accesible parking right outside the hotel with a blue badge. Just one downside, after having a shower water stayed on the floor for some time afterwards, paddling not my thing.
