"This was a good business hotel, well located near the station with comfortable quiet rooms and a great breakfast. My only grumble is the lack of working air conditioning in the rooms, i'm not sure if it was that the aircon was broken or just non-existent but when the weather was hot the rooms got really difficult to sleep in. That would probably have tipped this into a 9/10 stay for me."

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. One of the biggest advantages of this property is the location — being just a three-minute walk from the train station across the street made everything incredibly convenient, especially for travelers moving between cities. The noon checkout time was also extremely helpful. It allowed us to relax in the morning, go out for breakfast, leave our luggage, and comfortably return later to pick everything up before taking the train. The room itself was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. The only area where there is room for improvement is the breakfast selection. The breakfast appears to be primarily vegetarian, which may not appeal to every guest. Expanding the variety a bit and offering a broader assortment of breakfast options would make the experience even better for a wider range of travelers. Overall, a very good stay and a property we would definitely consider again because of its comfort, convenience, and excellent location."

"I had a wonderful stay at SO/ Vienna. The hotel offers a high-level experience from start to finish, with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional, and everything felt well organized and welcoming. The room service was great, the cleanliness was very good, and the hotel facilities and services made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also perfect — central, convenient, and easy to get around from. Overall, I truly enjoyed everything about my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"
