"A really lovely hotel. Exceptionally clean and the facilities are amazing. My room was lovely. Usb ports so no adapter needed. No complaints. Breakfast was also lovely, a very wide selection of foods on offer. My only negative comment is that when I arrived to check in at around 10pm there was not a staff member in sight. "This hotel was good value for the price and location was excellent. The room did have a musty smell and they only cleaned once during our five night stay. The self service was relatively easy...but i would have appreciated cleaning at least every other day. Location was excellent. Loved the restaurant across the street...we ate there twice...and we could walk to the Michelin Guide Vietnamese which was also excellent. "We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"This hotel was in a pretty good location but the hotel itself was super cute and chic, very well maintained and the staff were exceptionally helpful!!! Free coffee was a bonus but as a tourist we were trying to figure things out and make plans and the staff were exceptional! Highly recommend!"

"The location appears to be in an area that is in progress, it is a bit out of central Brussels but easily accessible by tram which is right outside the door. Breakfast was good (extra cost), although we weren’t charged for my granddaughter on one day then charged the next, got a bit of attitude from the waitress when confronted. "The hotel is in a good location. But, they have sex stores all around the hotel.The staff is not very friendly and the beds are really hard so if you have a bad back you probably should not stay here. One of the elevators was broken so it took me like 15 mins to get 2 floors down with suitcases. . we did order a cappuccino from the restaurant and I just have to say I will give it a one. I do have to say there was a lot of restaurants near by."

"We booked this property five months in advance and were given two, small interior rooms with “windows” that opened into a dark, dirty stairwell. Little light in the cramped, dirty hallway and no light at the elevator. You had to feel around for the elevator buttons. The elevator was a nightmare. Questioned if it functioned properly. We did not stay here. I contacted the manager who said he could not do anything for us and hung up while I was still talking to him. Expedia should not endorse...
