"Though the hotel is quite pricey and the room décor feels a little dated, I was pleasantly surprised by how large and convenient this hotel is, especially given its close proximity to the airport either by foot or hops on the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to and from the airport. The room was quiet, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was generously sized, featuring both a bathtub and a separate standing shower, with toiletries thoughtfully provided. Although my stay was short and I didn’t get the chance to try the restaurant, I learned that they offer a 24-hour dining option and even serve breakfast from as early as 3am, which is especially convenient for transit travelers. The flexibility with check-in time was also a big plus. I would definitely choose to stay here again during a short layover. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, truly reflecting Thailand’s renowned hospitality culture."

"This hotel is very high end. The rooms are Morden luxurious and have all amenities that you could want. The in room dining service was very good as was the gym amd breakfast. The spa services were good but was an onsen so had to go in naked with separate facilities for men and woman. The massage was good and all services were very cheap compared to the UK. Was central and near good shopping services. Would highly recommend. Oh and the staff were very attentive."
