"This is a great location if you are wanting something easy and quick to the beach. It Is in an older area that seemed OK to walk in at night but not alone Restaurants around it had super weird hours so don’t expect too many lunch options but dinner was easier Puerto Rico isn’t known for its hot showers. This one was decent but definitely not hot like I like them Communication was EXCELLENT with the owner"

"Overall the stay was great. The unit we had definitely looked a bit aged but it was clean and provided a good amount of space for the 5 adults in our group. "We loved this place and would definitely stay again. It was comfortable and clean, had nice amenities, and was within walking distance to a few restaurants and Ocean Beach. It’s a bit further from some of the nicer restaurants but Ubers were cheap so it was a good spot for our first visit to Puerto Rico."

"Loved the design of the space. Loved 2 bathrooms. Nice bedroom vanity. Beach access was great. Close to airport, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and many activities. Great price for the space. Reserved parking stall was handy. You have to be a good communicator with the property owner to have the best experience."

"The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. "The property was great for us on our honeymoon. The room was nice, downstairs bathroom was clean and spacious, the pool was great.
