No water in the afternoon, fire alarm activation in error at midnight (repeated 4 or 5 times before 1:00a.m.) and a wrongly allocated room at Check-In which meant I walked in on a woman made it a disappointing experience. "I recently stayed at this four-star hotel and was very disappointed. The cleanliness was below the standard you would expect, with the room not properly cleaned and areas that clearly needed more attention from housekeeping. For a hotel in this category, it was unacceptable. There were also very few amenities available, which made the stay feel poor value for money. On top of that, parking was extremely expensive and felt like an unnecessary extra charge. Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was very basic, limited, and nowhere near what you would expect from a four-star hotel. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its rating, and I would not choose to stay here again."
