"Good to have free breakfast included in the room price. Not expecting the hotel needs photo documentation for check in. The water bottles were not being replenished as I was staying 2 nights. Besides that, everything is good."

"The room looked nothing like the ones shown on the website. The air conditioning switch was broken and the only option was the fan that blew warm air in. The temperature in the room was at least 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the property as it had no windows that could be opened. The windows ran from roof to the floor and acted as a greenhouse. The blind, presumably installed to reduce this affect, was broken. Staff didn't ask how our stay had been when we left. We will not be returning."

"The location and staff were the best part of this hotel. The room was small, clean but just. Towels were very old. There were no supplies other than liquid soap which was hard to get out of the dispenser on the shower wall. There was no air conditioning which it never occurred to me to ask about coming from the US where everything is air conditioned. It is not the fault of the hotel that it was a heat wave but wish I had thought to ask. We were not offered an air conditioned room when we talked about it. They apparently have a few and are adding others. We were offered a second fan which helped a bit. I would say it was adequate but could use some amenities. The staff was wonderful and helpful and the location couldn't be better in terms of cafes, restaurants and tons of public transportation."

"The room was small for 2 adults to move around. The shower needs work. You need an advanced degree in engineering to make it work properly. The bed was average. But since we need something quick, this was our best option that was close to Paddington Station. You really need to do your own diligence. You get what you paid for. I wouldn't recommend this to any Juan!! There are plenty of options around this area."
