"Please don't come here. Don't even think about coming here. I beg you. I'll just state the facts briefly. This place was on another site starting with A, too. There it was rated 1.7. I only stayed one night, and I fought with the front desk (over WhatsApp) for two days straight. I'm still fighting. For what? until the first day 4 pm, to get into the room; from 4 pm to 5 pm, to make sure the key worked; from 5 pm on, because the Wi-Fi didn't work, UNTIL NOW(it's been three weeks). I'm serious....

"Beautiful new apartments, modern and clean, no complains about this great property, they can probably add at least a microwave to make it 5 starts, just the parking situation is very bad if you are driving there, the parking spot on the basement is very expensive $40 euros a day and street parking is hard to get and you can get a ticket if you are not a resident of the area. also the place is like 25 to 40 min away from the center of Vienna depending on the traffic. "

"Except for the room being quite dark due to its location, this hotel was perfect for Vienna first timers visit. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We felt safe going out to the numerous choice of places for coffee, lunch dinner. Uber was great for visiting sites a little outside of the city."

"We stayed at the Ruby Marie for 3 nights and were very pleased and impressed. Staff were fantastic - very polite and service oriented. Our room was clean and comfortable. Although we were on the 5th floor not too far from the lobby and restaurant/bar it was very quiet. Breakfast was typical with cereals, yogurt, pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, etc. Everything was excellent. The staff will make you a latte, cappuccino, etc. If you’re a guitarist one of the coolest features of this hotel is that they have guitars on site you can play. They even have amps in the rooms that you can use. Plug in and jam out! The hotel is a bit away from central Vienna but on a main pedestrian street with lots of dining and shopping options. It’s a short walk from from the Westbahnhof and public transport. There is a tram stop right by the hotel. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Vienna. "
