"If you’re looking for a basic simple motel while passing through the area, this would be a good choice. The property is dated but clean and has the basic amenities needed."
"The main Hotel was great. We stayed at the Sandpiper lodge behind the main hotel because the main hotel was booked. The rooms were very small and no drawers to put your things in, we lived out of our suitcase. Very noisy, you could hear people above you walking around. Not good at 5AM. We spend our evenings at the main hotel sun room which was very nice."
"Wonderful stay at the Roosevelt Hotel for our family of 8, ranging from 3 years to 73 years old. Clean, simple, refreshed, nicely air-conditioned rooms. The hotel was able to give us 3 rooms in the same complex so easy to move between rooms to visit and eat. Very nice continental breakfast. Office staff was wonderful. Good location as it was very close to the north entrance of Yellowstone and places to eat."
"Very old but had the necessities you need if you just need to sleep. Everyone was kind. Saw Grizzly Bears on the hillside when we arrived and deer just outside the cabin. It is 2-4 "rooms" per cabin so not private really but like I said I was just there long enough to sleep, we left early in the morning."
"The location was great. The view was great. The bedding was clean but dingy. They were like a grey color. The bathroom was small. I only talked to the women when we checked in and she told us about the coffee in the office that was available all day. Parking was ok."
"I was nervous about staying in a "cabin" within the park but the room was lovely, well attained, and comfortable. We had a nice sleep in a peaceful space. The only downside is the bathrooms/showers were a few steps outside of our cabin but they were easy to access and they were clean."
