"Everything was great clean lots of things to do and eat. But omg the beds were not very comfortable at all."

"I never write reviews but I felt it was needed for the next person to see before booking. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, it’s dirty, gym doesn’t have any Ac, saw multiple roaches, breakfast was absolutely disgusting, toilet was stopped up when we got there and other guests had the same issue, shower ran out of hot water and was going in and out of water pressure, I asked to change rooms and they said they property was fully booked although there were only a few cars in the lot, so the only employee in the building was in my room at 3 am changing cords and trying to get the tv on, he went back to change the remote because it was out of battery as well and the tv still did not work and lastly the phone in the room wasn’t working either."

"Staff was amazing. The physical property and room furniture needs major upgrades. There was an overwhelming smell of mildew in the first room we checked into. The room was on the 3rd floor and in several areas the floors were soft to the point where I didn’t want to go anywhere near them. We moved rooms and the mildew smell was better but the faux leather couch was ragged and peeling. Overall the staff was very helpful but the hotel has seen its better days and needs a major renovation"

"There is little to no water pressure. There are only two working elevators in the hotel and there is no late night in the hotel store if you need Emergency toiletries such as Tylenol things of that nature."

"The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was oddly laid out but spacious except for the sink and toilet/ shower. The grout and baseboards were terribly dirty. There was a blood stain on the bathroom wall. The room definitely needs a real spring cleaning and not just strong smelling disinfectant. Finally, the toilet paper needs an upgrade."

"The overall stay was good. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was when we checked in. It looked like it had been recently updated and clean, except for the shower head. It definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced. The staff was pleasant, but the front desk clerk argued a little about the shower when I notified her. But that didn't ruin my experience. I didn't check out the breakfast snacks, but she did tell me there were some available. It is also very convenient to great food and easy I10 access. I would stay here again. "
