"great for families very friendly staff and great location! my kids loved it definitely will be returning"

"Have a good stay - no complaints ."

"This hotel was clean and updated. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. Best of all was the location just across the street from Waikiki Beach. We appreciated that the Kuhio Restaurant was open early so we could eat before our tours without being rushed. The food was great and the service exceptional. We also enjoyed relaxing at the adult pool and bar. The luau was a lot of fun with an excellent buffet!"

"Affordable, clean, friendly, and centrally located so you can walk this great city if you'd like to."

"Overall a good time. Arrived early on check in day and no rooms were ready until an hour before check in. On checkout day, only 1 hour extension for late checkout. While waiting in the lobby on checkout day, saw a bunch of later checkouts so it felt very preferential."

"Very nice hotel clean rooms friendly staff will stay again"

"Great location especially if you rent a car"

"Beautiful place to stay"

"I have stayed at the twin fin the 4 times the last 4 years and it is getting worn down from the rooms to the elevators to the escalators The room we were in the glass back doors had to be forced to close The ac had a faint smell of dead bugs when it would go on The escalators were dirty like something spilled and wasnt ever cleaned properly And half the elevators didn’t work House keepers were very attentive Valets were great Check in was ok except for one girl seemed to not like her...

"Room was clean and staff was helpful"
