"Al principio tuve un detalle con check in, pero inmediatamente dio seguimiento la gerencia y tuvieron contacto conmigo. Agradezco el seguimiento puntual y la calidez de la gente del staff. "The hotel was on a quaint street. In walking distance to restaurants, local souvenir shops and other hotels. The room was clean and recently renovated, beautiful pools with colorful lights at night, well lit area on the hotel property and surrounding streets. The staff was just awesome.
