"I really liked the apartment, Presidential Loft M13, a very spacious place, and very private, it was very clean, I stayed 4 nights, I traveled with one of my daughters and 2 grandchildren, I had no problem to check-in, I sent all the information by email and there they gave me all the instructions,,when I arrived at the Apartments,,I was attended by a very friendly person and everything was very fast, the place is very safe and very private,,it has elevators,,they give you a code to enter your room, to go to the beach it is very easy and They also give you a code for the door,,when I got to my apartment I saw that the front door was not locked either inside or outside because it was broken, I sent an email to report the problem of the door so that they could fix it, they answered me very quickly and told me that they were going to send a maintenance person to fix the door but as it was already very late, they were going to send it in the morning, I also asked for a crib for the baby,, and well if they brought me the crib and they fixed the door and Well, I didn't have any problems anymore,,The furniture is very old but they are very comfortable,,I wish and the Management would change them for new ones, that would be excellent,Of course I would like to return to the same place on my next vacations, Thank you very much to the people in charge of the place for quickly answering the emails and solving the problems that there were, I really recommend Girasol Apartments to stay in."
