Beautiful hotel
Although it's a bit far from the beach that you can swim, the sea view from the hotel is beautiful. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the service is very good. I was impressed with the supurb bathtub and nice room

โรมแรมสวยดี สะอาด ร่มรื่น สระว่ายน้ำก้อโอเค ห้องกว้าง มีห้องแต่งตัว+อ่างอาบน้ำรวมกัน แยกห้องชาวเวอร์กับส้วม มีเฉลียงยื่นออกไปให้นั่งเล่นชิวๆ ระเบียบหน้าก็กว้าง แต่จากห้อง มองไม่ค่อยเห็นวิวทะเล เห็นต้นไม้เยอะกว่า ทั้งๆที่เลือกซีวิว แต่ก้อเข้าใจเพราะด้วยโลเคชั่น ด้วยความที่ไม่เคยไปไร่เลย์มาก่อน หรืออาจจะศึกษาข้อมูลไม่มากพอ เลยเข้าใจผิดคิดว่าโรมแรมอยู่ฝั่งที่ติดชายหาด แต่จริงๆ แล้วโรมแรมไม่ได้ติดชายหาด แอบเซ็งนิดหน่อย มีข้อดีตรงที่ฝั่งนี้ค่อนข้างเป็นส่วนตัว ไม่อึกทึก

Bhu Nga Thani Resort is absolutely fantastic, a must stay if you are planing a trip to Railay Beach. Staff are very friendly and professional, food is fantastic and the private pool villa is so comfortable and luxurious.

Super schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Blick auf die Felsen und das Meer. Das personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Saubere Anlage in einer guten Lage. Die Strände sind innerhalb von 10 min. Erreichbar. Auch Restaurants sind im Umkreis von ca. 500 m vorhanden.

The boat ride into Railay beach is beautiful, however, the boho vibe and look of Railay is a bit shabby. The Bhu Nga is a little bit of luxury in Railay. Great location just off the main pier on East beach. The hotel and pool are nice and pleasant rather than luxurious. It’s a solid 4 star. Food wise; breakfast is good but not great. Lunch and dinner all from the same menu. Food is good quality, service is good if a little slow. You can eat the same food quality on walking street for about half the price. There is limited views from the rooms, especially at ground level, so go for a Villa or a room on a higher floor. Beware of leaving food or drink unattended by the pool as the local monkeys are not shy but are amusing. The pool does 2 for 1 cocktails 2-5 daily which is good (frozen daiquiri are very nice). East Railay beach does not exist (it’s mangrove) so you need to go to Weat for the crowds & bars or better still take some drinks and walk along to Phra Nang Beach which is the highlight of Railay beach.

Lovely hotel & great staff. Restaurant food was very good - had dinner there twice. Breakfast buffet was also good. One suggestion for improvement - it is quite difficult getting from the boat dock to the hotel with suitcases. You should ask guests when making their reservation if they need help (even if there is a fee). When leaving the hotel was happy to provide help.Beaches not that great (no good for snorkling) but the Mountin views are spectacular. The island is small so you can easily walk all around. Good massage places and there are a lot of monkey which are fun to see.

Great hotel in Railay Beach
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend it as a place to stay in Railay Beach. We visited several hotels and restaurants in the area and this hotel was one of the best in the area (after Rayavadee of course). Our bathroom had a separate covered outdoor space, where you could find a tub. However, water did not stay in the tub for more than an hour after it was filled, and the fountain did not work.

Railay Beach is very small, so anywhere you stay is the perfect location. However, this was definitely the most beautiful of all the hotels. The common areas are picturesque. The room was very big with a big bed, huge bathroom and giant room for a bath. Everything here was amazing. I can't wait to come back.

Super close to the pier which is great for transporting your luggage. I'm assuming it was because of the season (I was there in December), but the beach view is not so pleasant because of low tide. Lots of patches of wet sand. But I bet it's beautiful at other times. There was a ton of construction going on all around the property. It wasn't necessarily noisy but just seemed like we were in their way a bit. The staff is very nice and attentive and provided to-go breakfast boxes for us when we had an early morning tour one of the days. It's walkable to all of the restaurants, and it's nice to be not in the heart of it all. The pool has a gorgeous view of the cliffs and the swim-up bar is clutch. The restaurant's food was alright but weirdly took forever to get our bill even though there was only one other table. May have been miscommunication. There were a couple hairs on the floor of our bathroom so we asked if they could have it cleaned up, which they did when we got our room serviced. We couldn't find the main light switch so they sent someone in. Located on the right side of the bed!

The property was located in a part of Railay only accessible by a small path that has a poor surface. There is no beach to speak of and the shoreline has a lot of litter. The hotel had a restaurant but the spa facilities were not open (mid November) despite Expedia stating works would be completed in October. The hotel entrance is steps only and the wooden walkway is in poor condition. The small villa with pool we stayed in was reasonable inside but the air-con was very noisy. The toilet and shower were both tired and grubby. The pool filter was really loud and the loungers had no cushions. The decking was uneven and caught our feet. For the price charged, this was a poor hotel and a poor experience. It isn’t worth the money, or even close to it.

We loved our stay here! The swim up bar really added to the property and the barmen were so kind, helpful and friendly! The hotel is situated in a really perfect location, right between two beautiful beaches and the bars/restaurant. The food was great, the bed was extremely comfy and the rooms were very spacious. Would stay again and recommend friends. Tip; the hotel is very close to the pier on the east side, so recommend getting a long boat to the east pier :)

The place is super nice, and the staff lovely. But we dident get any information on the on going renovation of the hotel. Spa/Gym/BBQ restaurant/reception area and the whole midel of the resort where under heavy renovation and closed.

Hotel maravilloso, con una piscina espectacular. El desayuno era normal. La habitación enorme pero le faltaba un poco de limpieza para estar del todo bien. La ubicación magnífica, a metros de la calle de los restaurantes y de la preciosa playa de Phra Nang.

The property is on the mangrove side of the island so don't expect a lot in the way of ocean views. Pool and pool bar are nice. The room was nice (doors do not automatically lock so you have to lock them with a physical key when you leave). Breakfast was scary. It's open-air with not a lot of protection from the sunrise. Yogurt and cheeses were left without any ice or refrigeration and flies everywhere. I took the plastic wrap off the stack of pancakes and 3 flies flew out. They just don't seem to care or attempt to get rid of the flies. Some other resorts we stayed at had some kind of candles burning that seemed to work well.

Favorite room of our trip! Loved the outdoor shower and the room was huge. Property was very easy to get to once off the ferry. Good breakfast. Monkeys, monkeys and more monkeys. So much fun to see the monkeys. We never had any problems just stay at a distance. Look for the black and gold monkeys in the trees of the mangroves. Location was perfect and not to far from shopping, food and the main beaches. Loved this area!

First of all, the room was DIRTY! Dust on surfaces especially in the bathroom. We didn't feel like using the tub because we doubt it was properly cleaned and sanitized. There was also dust and a few spots (from who knows what) on the TV remote. No English channel so TV was useless. The bathroom is obviously old and needs a good scrubbing. Even the shower door handles and shower heads need some cleaning. Or better yet, replace them! No towel racks for you to place towels or clothes when you shower. We had adjoining rooms. The temperature in my room was easy to control. My niece's room, however, was ALWAYS FREEZING! No matter how we control the thermostat her room would still be so cold. The staff tries their best to communicate but most need help to be able to communicate in English. So communicating was always a challenge. Location: It is in Railay East. No swimmable beach on this part. You have to go to Railay West which is just a few minutes walk. The whole Railay isn't really that big. One good thing about the location is that it is very close to the floating pier where you can get a long-tail boat to get to mainland Krabi. This hotel does NOT offer tour ticket assistance, nor do they offer to arrange a ride to the mainland and/or around mainland Krabi. But they are able to arrange both boat and car ride to the airport. If they can do that for airport transfer, why can't they arrange a van for guests to use in mainland Krabi?

We enjoyed our stay, especially for the price and being at Railay. It was clean and the room was huge, but it is starting to show its age. A beach bag with towels were supplied. It was in a quiet spot with good breakfast.
