"Excellent stay. Clean room, albeit dated but did not deter our stay in any way. Staff was kind and spoke English. We utilized the in-room washer and dryer (bring your own pods). The room was huge. We had a separate bedroom with a queen and a twin sized bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It’s close to both the green and olive green lines. 15 minutes by subway to lotte world. "

"It's a five minute walk from Janghanpyeon metro station exit 1. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the centre and the key landmarks. I stayed in room 1713 and had a nice view of the Bukhansan national park mountains which was only 1 hour away by metro. Aircon/heating worked well and the water pressure in the shower was great too. I'd recommend. "

The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. One thing that was especially great for us was that the room had five beds, which made it very convenient for a large family or group staying together. "we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here"
