Checking in was contact-less through the kiosk when entering the builiding, and was an easy process. Everything was really clean and the location was perfect with the subway a short walking distance and lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. "

"It's a five minute walk from Janghanpyeon metro station exit 1. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the centre and the key landmarks. I stayed in room 1713 and had a nice view of the Bukhansan national park mountains which was only 1 hour away by metro. Aircon/heating worked well and the water pressure in the shower was great too. I'd recommend. "

"Even though most rooms are shared, it is very private. When I used the bathroom or kitchen there were rarely people, so it was really relaxed. Richard is also very friendly and always ready to help! If I ever come back to Seoul I would stay here again :)"

The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. "we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here"
