"Did not get breakfast or bar, room was clean but outside is a little crazy with drug addicts everywhere directly in front of the hotel. The parking situation is also horrible, they have a small lot you can reserve a spot for (which we did not know we could reserve a spot before checking in) We had to park in the paid parking lot which keep in mind, will only let you reserve/pay for the spot from 6pm-6am and the app wasn’t working properly so I had to set an alarm for 6am to walk down to the parking lot and pay again. They need a better parking solution. Also, the wifi is not great and was hard to use. However, the room was clean and nice, although walls a bit too thin, it was a pleasant stay in the room. Staff were also amazing and extremely accommodating for our needs to the room and were very knowledgeable and kind. This made the experience more enjoyable. "

"Rooms were very clean. I’m afraid that when we arrived there was 5 men free basing drugs outside the front door. It frightened us. The staff tried to take care of the situation by asking them to leave. Parking was fine it was underground but behind an automatic heavy gate. We couldn’t understand the staffs English. Breakfast we didn’t stay for. The area it’s located in is a frightening area."

"We picked this location as it was super close to the hospital as a family member had major surgery and was writhing walking distance . This hotel offers a discounted rate for hospital stays which was greatly appreciated. The staff were super nice and very accommodating ! The rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet . Also the fact that there was breakfast included was one less thing to worry about . Would highly recommend!"
