The hotel is being renovated. Our room was very tired. Old carpet, wallpaper and yellowed bath tub. Parking is not convenient and the small lot fills up and you can find yourself without parking upon your return in the evening. Staff are all lovely, professional and very helpful.

It was my first time at the Doubletree hotel one day was very helpful nice and very pleasant. I have this one guy at the Restaurant or the gentleman. He was amazing very helpful and the young lady had a customer service at the counter. She was very nice everyone helpful and nice. thanks for being nice. It doesn’t take a lot to be nice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the young gentleman who checked us in but I can't remember his name. He always remembered mine which I thought was very welcoming The breakfast was lovely and the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly too The only downside is that I personally think it's looking a bit tired and needs a bit of a makeover. The bed was lovely and comfy and the amenities were great. We had a great stay. Thank you

The place was filthy. Dirty carpets and debris everywhere. The place needs a good cleaning. They clearly don't clean it well. We also found a loofa under the bathroom vanity. The people partying in the hallways until past midnignt was also very unpleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful.
