"Nice place if you ready to be"

"We picked up the keys easily and was told that we would have to use a carpark nearby which was fine. We got to the apartment and thought we were in the wrong place. We opened the front door, it was dark and dirty and the hall was full of tables and chairs stacked on top of each other. We went back out to make sure we were in the right place. Going back in, we had to climb 70 steps which were winding, steep, very narrow and really dark. Some were broken to the point where the steps were very...

"The description is totally inaccurate. Critical for me was parking; I was specifically looking for properties with parking. The description said it was included, so I was willing to pay a premium for the stay. Turns out, it isn't, and I had to fork out another 60 EUR for parking at the nearest parking garage, which was 10 min walk from the property. The management office where I got the keys is about 15 min drive from the property itself. The bedsheets were dirty. Only a single towel was made...

Sonst alles okay!"

"Incorrect information online; no parking was included. There is no parking available at the key handover, either."

"The staff Wes nice. And helpful. The houses is owned privately and this owner did not want to have the sauna used. So it was screwed shut and with a chain too. During the night the motion sender for the heat did not register movement so it turned the heat of making the house constant around 16 degree Celsius. And with tiling floor. It felt like walking on ice. This was not the pleasure and escape from work a couple of days that I had hoped. "
