"Horrible experience overall. The only positive thing was the architecture which was very nice. However, they only have one elevator near the lobby. If you have mobility issues, you will have to walk up two or three floors or walk a long way to the one elevator and back to your room. Worst hotel in our trip. Definately not 5 stars. The drink prices are ridiculous for Thailand and closer to NYC. Everyone leaves the resort for dinner and the place is totally dead. They would not even arrange transportation to the next resort or offer help. We had to do it all ourselves. Other resorts were much much more helpful. The beach is just horrible. It is rocky and it has a large commercial dock with cargo ships being loaded and off loaded. You also cross a busy and noisy street. Not nearly enough chairs at the pool and maybe 15 at the beach. No beach umbrellas. Just not a pleasant experience. If I could give it zero stars, I would."

"We had a swim up room which was great. There was always a lot of availability of sun beds around the pool for those without swim up rooms. "

"Truly a fantastic accommodation - the rooms are charming, the beach clean, the view is breathtaking and they have not crammed the property full of rooms which means the gardens are really fantastic. I was very happy with the quality of the massage and restaurant too. I really recommend this place to unwind and relax."

"Nice sleepy location, sizeable bungalow, staff are amazing & can’t do enough for you. The food is amazing, best breakfast we have had anywhere in Thailand. Service is excellent. Really cannot fault anything."

"This was as close to paradise as I think is possible. From the moment you arrive everything is thought of, from the welcome to the complimentary activities to the layout of the hotel. My room was a sea view which I highly recommend and the view of the sunrise is incredible. The breakfast here was one of the best I’ve had during my month long tour around Thailand. I was a solo traveller and most others were couples or friends but they still made me feel really welcome. I would recommend for anyone from solo travellers to honeymooners."
