Property is super clean and new. Staff are very pleasant and where readily available when needed. High end luxury in the center of Knoxville with plenty around to do. Can’t wait to come back, the Presidential Suite is top notch!

The hotel is beautiful!!! The bathroom is stunning and so updated!!! The bed and pillows were amazing!!! Will always stay here when we are in Knoxville!! Can’t say enough great things about this hotel!!! Huge shout out to Zaria and Fire! Such sweet girls and you tell they love what they do!!!

Wonderful hotel/restaurant in historic building right on main restaurant/ bar/ shoppes area of Knoxville. Rooms are very large and have separate seating area and huge bathrooms. Nice touch is the continental breakfast set outside the rooms in a foyer area each morning. Feels very chic. Great neighborhood. Totally recommend.

Really beautiful hotel, central toeverything

The hotel is beautiful, very clean. And centrally located. My “complaints” are really nitpicky. We were facing the street, and people were loud late into the night (not the hotels fault). The bed was very firm. If you love a firm bed, this is the place for you. They do provide lots of pillows, which I love. My only real complaint is that on the hotels.com website it said breakfast is included. At the hotel they said “we don’t do that anymore.” Disappointing.

Found a dirty sock in room from last guests. Head board on bed was ridiculous It’s not mounted to the bed and it’s not mounted to the wall. It’s just there and bangs the wall every time it’s touched. Other than that the place is amazing

I loved the boutique style & decor. My room was huge. However, it was on the street side so very noisy. Also, I could hear the ppl next to me in their room. The staff is lovely. The restaurant is posh. The hotel did not make it clear the food and drinks inside the room weren’t included. Given the very high rates, they need to have included those items, or put a sign with the prices.

HOT WATER OUT & NOT REFUNDED WHAT I WAS PROMISED

They called to inform me the day before check-in that the hot water was out. They promised me a 25% discount if I kept my reservation. They still charged me the full amount even though I asked about it at check-in then I called and they told me they would refund the discount. She told me 15% and I informed her the may it was supposed to be 25%. First they tried to charge my card for the amount instead of refunding it. Then, they refunded it and it was not 25% like they promised. I’m done calling about it. I took a cold shower and did not receive what I was promised. I would also like to know how the restaurant was still running if the building had no hot water.

The person next door got on a conference call before 8 am and might as well have been sitting in our room. Unfortunately breakfast did not start until 10 am. Room was charming, staff were very pleasant but the would not necessarily stay there again,

Beautiful rooms

One of the best rooms I’ve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Weren’t rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.

Property was beautiful and room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I thought pastries were included in the morning however they were not. This was mentioned in previous reviews and list of amenities stated "pastries in morning" but when we asked staff we were told there was a charge for them. It was a little confusing.
