I cannot emphasise how great the staff are at this hotel everyone was friendly and welcoming for the whole of our nine day stay. Located right on Hua Hin beach you have access through the beautiful gardens that grow around the pool, you have the feeling of being miles from anywhere. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, and would glady return for another stay. "

"My room is on 3 third floor, and when I get in to the room my bedroom is on 4 floor. I am 77 years old I have to climb all day that stairs with bad knees, I already have bad knee, I have to go up and down for 15 day. My knees got really bad. and the cleaning lady didn’t come clean for five day inside is so called condo do not have stoves or microwave. It had one electric tea pot. It had dishes, so I can’t cool or warm up anything. the pillow was so hard and big it hurt my neck so bad I keep going to get a massage. Around of pool it’s had so many steps, in fact one old man trip and falls, I think he broke his wrist . "
