Nice place for family

Nice place for family and full of enjoyment brought to kids but reservation for dinner buffet is only on friday or saturaday. Better to have all more week days. Many kinds of for breatfast.

Stayed here for 3 nights during our HuaHin holiday. We like the hotel and the family room we stayed at was great. We also liked going to the warter park everyday during our stay. Breakfast selection was good too. However the hotel is quite far from any shopping or restaurants and you'll need to take a taxi everywhere. The only walkable location from the hotel is probably the night market opposite the main road.

Fun for families.

An enjoyable stay, helped by delightful hotel staff. A comfortable room, great breakfast and most importantly nice people. We are an older couple and enjoy walking and quieter places, so I made a bit of a mistake when booking this hotel, it is, of course a ‘water resort, lots of fun for families and particularly children, somehow I missed that when booking. I’m sure it’s terrific for young families, but not what we were looking for. My mistake entirely. The ocean isn’t too far away but there is a railway running between the hotel and the coast and walking access is not easy. We finally found a route across the tracks under a fly-over, about a kilometre away, (fine if you’re fit). The hotel runs a shuttle bus into town, it was on-time and worked well for us but we didn’t find Hua Hin at all interesting.

Much more than expected, game changing wristband

I've always wanted to visit due to its closeness to water park, which is an important entertainment for my kid. But I didn't expect the water park to be so close, literally a few steps from the ground floor of hotel. The most amazing feature is the wristband they gave us at check in, that could be used for room key, to enter water park, for water park locker, to pay for F&B etc. This is a game changer to free us from worry about belonging and could fully enjoy. The hotel itself also provides sufficient entertainment. From rooftop infinity pool to sky deck where you can walk on glass, kid room, game room, very nice and good selection breakfast buffet. We booked the basic room but still have sofa, table, even a spacious balcony with nice big chairs to relax on overlooking the spacious Hua Hin landscape. Plenty of storage with long counter in living area and bathroom. Japanese restaurant at water park parking lot was surprisingly delicious with wide variety of menu, and offered many different promotion including discount for hotel guests. Water park is well designed with all sorts of big and small slides, lazy river, wave pool etc that is fun for whole family and also compact enough to get around. All in all, so many delightful surprises that if I've known earlier, I'd have come visited way earlier. Definitely coming back with family. If they can add camera to the wristband, then I won't even have to bring my phone to water park! If have convenient store even better.

We very much enjoyed our stay, and will be back. One mark down because of the food. The dinner was nothing special, and much of the hot foods at the breakfast was cold.
