"We stayed for just one night after coming from the Nusa Islands, with an early flight the next morning. You can never go wrong with a Marriott stay, and this one was no exception. The location is excellent — very close to the airport, with plenty of great restaurants and massage places within walking distance. We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport. While I had hoped they would provide complimentary transport (as mentioned on their website), the drivers were only available...

"I checked in after midnight. It was a little difficult to find but the good news was that there was someone at the front desk to check me in. I got lucky and was the only one in the female dormitory. Clean and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and it was included!"

"We loved staying at the Villa. As this is a collection of stand-alone properties, there isn't a check in desk or reception, but the communication was great and we got responses all the time. Even before we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going to be ok for us. We had a friend join us for a couple of nights and he actually arrived first - I emailed his number to them and they met him at the villa and checked him in first. Great service. "Dette lufthavnshotel er bare fantastisk. Det er ikke nyt. Og der kan trænge til lidt reparation her og der. Men - der mangler at blive samlet tallerkner ind der står tunt i området. Morgenmaden er super lækker og med alt hvad man ønske sig. Maden i restauranten var ok. Ikke noget særligt. Mens servicen var i top. "

"Os meninos subiram a minha mala, o quarto estava limpinho, boa localização, uma caminhadinha e você está na praia de Kuta, com diversas opções de restaurantes, massagem e lojinhas. Um pouco de cheiro no banheiro, mas nada terrível. O quarto é pequeno, mas tinha tudo o que eu precisava. Tem até piscina, pena que fiquei só uma noite."

"Room was always kept spotless. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff were always beautiful. I spent a lot of time at the pool which was always kept beautiful and loads of sun loungers. Putu and Andi were amazing and looked after all guests and catered promptly to everyones needs to make sure they were comfortable and happy. They are an asset to this Resort. Staff at the pool bar, Wharf restaurant and all other areas at the pool area all stand out for their 5 star service . Wharf food is delicious...
