"Clean room, front desk staff very nice, grounds are beautiful. Pool is nice but hot tub was always full and small. Heard a lot about the timeshare lady and yes I could see where that could be an issue for people but I believe they have adjusted now and have a very nice lady making the first contact to try and schedule you a timeshare appointment. They offered some vouchers and money but we just refused, took about 15 minutes and they gave us our wristbands which you honestly don’t need anyway....

"We booked the ocean front Shearwater resort. I emailed and had a phone conversation to confirm we would not be moved to a non ocean front resort as I had seen others in reviews had been. When we arrived to check in at sister resort Ko’a Kea, then go to our oceanfront we were advised we had been moved. The facility and room were nice but not ocean front. We were refunded 1 night stay but then charged again so now having to deal with getting double charges reversed. Front desk and management were...
