"This traditional merchant house converted hotel is lovely. We own the entire building with two floors. One tiny living room on the ground floor, a bath house, a separate toilet near the entrance, along with a spacious bathroom with the second living room on the second floor. It’s airy and full of scent of wood. However, the bedroom is facing the road without sound proof windows, it was very noisy throughout the night. "

"First time glamping, and it was great! Pugi, the camp attendant, gave excellent service with a smile. Our yurt was comfy, dinner and breakfast were delicious: much better than expected. It’s convenient for Mt Tsukuba hiking or Ropeway. Highly recommend this place. "

"A very pleasant and clean hotel, it is beautifully maintained and the staff is friendly and go above and beyond to assist. If we come back to the area, this is the hotel we will want to stay in again. It is within a nice ten minute walk to a bustling market with great food and shopping, very close to several rail stations, it has a great location. Highly recommend."

"It’s an older hotel, not located anywhere convenient or near major sightseeing spots, but quite nice. Hardly any foreign tourists when I stayed, so if you want to experience the good old Japan (that is becoming increasingly difficult to find), here is the excellent option."

"Always satisfied.
I love the convince. So close to the terminal 3 as I can walk with 10 minutes or so when I have small luggages.
If you have baggage, you better use shuttle bus. Bus departs from Terminal 1 Bus stop No 16, and
Terminal 2 Bus stop No 25. both on the ground floor (1F in Japan) at December 2025.
The staff including cleaners and shuttle bus staff are efficient and professional.
Rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfy.
Restaurants has seasonal beautiful dishes.
This Tobu hotel has a drug store and a lovely convince store which selling alcoholic/ non alcoholic drinks and food like Onigiri, noodles etc as well as lovely Japanese gift.
I recommend this hotel to any kind of person or group.
Thanks for a nice stay 🙏"
"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but always clean, great services, and availability of inside shopping and dining are great. The room is somewhat old style, but still clean and spacious room which I love. Highly recommended."
"Great room - very clean and roomy; beautiful and modern lobby decked out for Christmas; we had a visit from Santa while in the lounge enjoying a cocktail and dinner. Great shuttle service to Narita!! "
