"We been at many hotels including 5 stars and budget hotels. We stayed 3 different hotels this trip and this had to be the worst. Positives: great location next station south exit but thats bout it. Negatives: The horrible pillows got no idea whats inside but hard and uncomfortable and pillow case keeps sliding off which us unhygienic. Terrible bed was hard and uneven. The pilllows were so bad even our daughter couldnt handle it"

"Always a pleasure to stay at Tobu. The hotel is located right next to a major subway and train station, so it's perfect to hit anywhere in Tokyo. The rooms are always clean and the staff is extremely helpful. Will come back again."
