"The children loved this hotel and enjoyed the indoor waterpark."

"We originally booked a studio, but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and well maintained. "Very good stay in Almancil, 15 min drive from Faro and 40 mins to Benagil caves. Host was gracious enough to accept a late check-in for us and was always available on whatsapp for any queries. "

"Staff were lovely"

"No directions on how to enter the building. Took far too long for anyone from the property to give me details about how to get in to the property. Took far too long to receive the wifi password (over 1 hour, and I had to contact Expedia to get in touch with the property to receive it.) Dark hallways with no lights. No one at reception desk."

"Great breakfast choice, really nice and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel."

"Loved it here, very convenient hotel"

"Great location and the room we had had a fantastic sea view. The property could do with a refurbishment and the food from the roof terrace wasn’t great, although my friend enjoyed hers."

"The staff was very helpful ordering our taxi to the airport. The room was clean. Access to our room was a bit more difficult because we used the elevator but still had stairs to use our room."
