"Stayed here for 7 Days never received any room service, no clean towels or bin emptied, lift broke down 3 times, door key card forever loosing settings countless times up and down trying to sort it out, Breakfast food on tops cats helping them self’s not very nice, no English speaking staff ? wouldn’t rate this hotel as 3 star, spoilt my holiday as my Eriginal hotel was cancelled spoilt my holiday."
