One of the best hotels I booked. Excellent and friendly staff. Cozy and clean rooms. Wonderful location with a private beach. The special terrace in each room was wonderful, providing an excellent view on the sea. Great dining options. Had a lovely experience and really like to repeat staying in the near future. Warm thanks to all the wonderful staff members who made this stay unforgettable.

We had a very lovely stay the Turkish bath and spa was very nice great area by the water to sun bath clean rooms. The bedding could have been better. There was just a single waffle weave blanket for the cover. No top sheet or comforter. Great breakfast

This is a beautifully designed, elegant, first class hotel. It has sea-views - especially from the friendly lounge. The atmosphere is enhanced by the Russian lady's top-quality piano playing. Planning our next trip to Charisma.

I like this hotel. This is my 4 staying in the hotel. My room amazing with sea view. Excellent staff always smile and helpful. I advise everyone to stay in the hotel when his next visit to kusadasi. Also tasty food in the restaurant. The breakfast menu is great and everything is available.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in – truly unforgettab

The attention to detail at this hotel was unbelievable. From the housekeeping team to the pool staff, every single person was a top performer who clearly takes great pride in their work. What really stood out to both myself and my partner was the personal touch – being greeted by name every morning (“Good morning, Patrick”) was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly welcome. The spa was absolutely amazing as well – a real highlight of our stay. We’re already planning to come back in October because of the exceptional service and treatment we received from every member of staff. It’s rare to see such pride and dedication across an entire team, and it made our experience truly special. Thank you all for a wonderful stay – we can’t wait to return!

I had great time at Charisma. Location was ideal for me as I preferred to stay away from the noisy crowd of Kusadasi centre but still easily access to it when I want. (10 min. walk) I stayed in superior room with sea view and the room was spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air. Beach, pools and dining places offer more than satisfactory experience. The only negative comment I could make is that the dining area in the beach is small for the scale of the hotel. I had breakfast included booking and the breakfast was quite good with more than sufficient offerings. Staff deserves a special appreciation for their hard work with kind and attentive attitude. Looking forward to stay at Charisma in my next trip to Kusadasi

Nice waterfront location with large pool and sea access. Balcony off room had a lovely view of the harbor. Lacking basic toiletries in the room. No shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Breakfast buffet was very substantial.

Beautiful and very clean. Everywhere you look at, it’s very nice. The people at dining area were very polite and helpful. Although the bed was not that comfortable, but overall we had so much fun staying and surely we will be back and recommend the place to our friends..And also, if you can have some English movies on your TV channels or even an English subtitle that would be a big factor to entice more guests….

I recently stayed at charisma delux . The hotel itself is nice, with good facilities and a pleasant environment. However, the biggest disappointment was the staff. Unfortunately, most of the waiters, waitresses, and even managers were extremely rude and disrespectful. The customer service was weak and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level. On top of that, the staff came across as very greedy, constantly looking for ways to get extra money from guests. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. While the property looks good, the poor service and unprofessional behavior ruined the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel if you value respectful treatment, transparent service, and professional hospitality. Management should seriously address staff training, attitude, and ethics toward guests.

Very mixed

The view was wonderful. The room staff cleaned / tidied well. Excellent breakfast buffet. The seafood restaurant was very good and staff friendly. The reception staff were dismissive, slow, disorganised, unhelpful and in-smiley. I was asked to return twice to book an extra night. On the 3rd try I was assured that it was booked only to receive a phone call on the original check out day asking me to check out. The morning of my actual check out, 2 different reception staff were on duty- smiley, quick & efficient.

Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week.
