"Right on Juhu beach with excellent ocean view from the room. Lounge was nice with a reasonably good spread and nice view. Great place to relax and spend quality time with family. Mahesh Lunch home and many other quality restaurants are nearby (if anyone is looking for local food)."

"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...
"Not a Hotel for International guests. No Food or drink facilities. Closest shops 16 mins walk. Train/Metro 20 to 30 mins walk. Price good. Poor attention to guest. I [aid extra for a suite but I think I got a double."
"When I first arrived I was slightly concerned because the hotel was out of down town Mumbai and didn’t look that welcoming. However the rooms were clean and comfortable. What impressed me was the service I was given. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If in Mumbai again I would certainly chose to stay there. "
