"The room is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. However there was no air conditioning when I was there even though outside temperatures were 25-27 Celsius. During the day and night the heat was running. Had to try to sleep with the windows open which was not very convenient. "

"This apartment style hotel is as close to the main train station as you can get! It's very quiet, clean with helpful staff. It does need the walls painted in the rooms, espresso machine and rain shower head that work! Other than that it was great!"

Clean rooms, quiet, helpful staff, the three we staff interacted with spoke English. Easy to pick up a tour at the train station. If our travels take us through Wein Hbf, will stay again."

"I really don’t want to sound that grumpy, but there are pros and cons for this hotel. Smooth check in, not that clean room, as I had no asthma attacks for years, and after I entered the room I struggled breathing. The same happened on the 2nd night, so I asked to vacuum clean the floor and this was accommodated. Not sure if it was placebo effect but I could breath in the room. Very noisy room, could hear traffic, people outside until 2am (for 3 nights) at 6am rubbish removal, road traffic restarted etc. breakfast is basic, but not that bad. The staff would benefit from training on how to be friendly. A little smile would not hurt. No need to chase customers and recheck the room number especially if it took awhile to be seated. The rooms are not cleaned by default and you have to ask for this at reception. "

"Everything in my room and in the spaces that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "

"The hotel had been newly refurbished and was much cheaper than other options. The room was clean and quiet, but the air conditioning wasn't working. Apparently they only run it for certain months of the year which unfortunately wasn't great on an unseasonably warm day!"
