Great location, clean room, easy check in - out. The staff very friendly and welcoming. A big shout out to Mario for being extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the city ( give us good insights). My only complain would be the brekfast, didn't like the options, slow services, everyone was trying they're best but way too slow due to volume of people, plus too pricey for what i got. Definitely disappointed, wish was buffet style.

Our recent trip to Vienna was amazing! The staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable! The spa was clean, amazing pool to wind down after a long day. The breakfast was light, good and accomodated our dietary restrictions with different options. From welcome to service we enjoyed a 8 day stay! Our waiters were doing everything possible to make a great experience Francesco, Roland and Natalia were amazing in every way! A special thanks to Adriana Q. Manager, for taking care of little details to make our stay hassle free and on hotel standards, her team was professional and make our room a home away from home. We reocmmend the Pastamara restaurant with the special aperitif experience! Hats off to amazing mixing skills from Bence, he is knowledgeable and provides a 5 star restaurant service!
