"We really enjoyed our stay, but I have to say it probably won't appeal to the vast majority of Western tourists. We really enjoyed the hot springs, the rooms are clean but basic. The whole hotel honestly is showing its age but still give our stay a five-star and it wasn't a problem for us. But if you are expecting Holiday inn or a Hilton it might be a bit of surprise. The location is quite remote which we enjoyed. We did find some heat waterfalls and some hiking within about a 15 to 20 minute...

"The whole experience is so beautiful. The Manager of the hotel is so kind, and she usually shares some travel information to me via smartphone application, LINE, and she is a patient person which glad to answer any question about the hotel booking. The room is clear and the air condition has cold/warm (radiator) mode, and the bath water is strong and heat enough. Free cup, snack, coffee and tea. Their breakfast is so yummy."

"This place is wild. You have six floors with a big hole in the middle. On the first floor is a netting, so nobody can paraglide trough the building at night. Good.
