"The staff was outstanding! Especially Sage and the shuttle driver (didn’t get his name). They went above and beyond under some difficult circumstances….the hotel computer system was down which prevented us from getting through the phone line to request airport shuttle pickup at 11:30 PM! Out of blue, the shuttle driver showed up to see if anyone needed a ride to the Hyatt. What a relief! When we got to the hotel, Sage helped us get to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. She was AMAZING! The room was wonderful too, clean and very comfortable. We will be back!"

"we love staying here for the last 3 years. Theonly issue was when we arrived, someone had vomited on the sidewalk in front of the north entrance. We pointed it out but it was not cleaned up until the following night"

"Thie walk was so easy to get to the beach. I liked having the showers outside to rince all the sand off before going inside."
