"It was a great stay in a good location. The bedroom was a good size, and they provided everything you need to stay. I didn't have any issues at any point, and they told me everything I need to know in their messages. The only possible flaw is that no staff stays there, so if there was an issue it may take time for it be resolved."

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to Kansai Airport and Rinku town premium outlet, as well as train station. Facilities are nice and clean. Big parking lot, in case you drive here. Breakfast offers variety of food which we enjoyed very much. "

"Best hotel near Kansai airport. Hotel located right next to train station. Excellent service, friendly staffs. Very new hotel. Best onsen especially the one outfoor. "

"This hotel look like a part of community hall or something else. It has dark interior in entrance to each floor, even inside the room. May be cause of this dark interior, I didn’t feel clean except Bathroom. Bathroom is only the space was bright and clean. Breakfast is included. It was buffet style. Many family tourists in breakfast room. Again I don’t feel clean the room."

"Short walk to the property from the train station. Clean rooms and common areas. Some amenities are not offered like the bath tub but shower is and it is clean. No cooking allowed but there are enough restaurants near the station to need the use the kitchen for meals. If you are concerned about shared toilet situation the property has two clean toilets that it's not an issue. Overall a great place to stay at to go exploring. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Staying at this apartment was incredibly convenient for our connection to Kansai Airport, as the location is perfect for a stress-free departure. The apartment itself was very large, clean, and comfortable, providing a much more spacious feel than a typical hotel. It comes fully furnished with a kitchen, microwave, and fridge right in the room, and the large bathroom even includes a washing machine, which is a great bonus for travelers. While the contactless check-in and check-out process was...
