"The room looked exactly like the pictures. However, there were hair in the shower, spiderwebs throughout the bedroom, mold in the bathroom and the hot water tap was leaking and super difficult to close/open.
Staff were very friendly though. "
"Good kitchen with stove and microwave but no microwaveable cooking dishes. Good internet and lighting. Hotel is on main road so some truck noise early in the evening. Close to the National park and shops. Compact room but adequate for a couple."
"We’ve stayed here on a few occasions and been lucky enough to get the same room with incredible mountain view each time (king studio with ensuite). We think this accommodation is excellent value and having 2 spa pools and a sauna is a lovely bonus at the end of a day at the mountain or doing outdoor pursuits.
Can easily walk to Main Street for shops, eateries and coffee etc. will always return. Thanks for another great stay. "

"Stayed during a weekend skiing at Whakapapa. Very convenient location. Lady at check in very friendly & helpful. Lots of DVDs available to watch for a quiet night in. Bed comfortable, walls thin so could hear next room but not an issue & slept very well. Would definitely stay again"
"We had a wonderful 3 night stay in a king room on the ground floor. Very convenient for driving to Whakapapa ski field. Cosy bar and dining room for the evenings, and pleasant staff. Note for future guests, the bathroom is very small. Daily room service available if desired. We will stay again. "
