Breakfast was included which was a plus and was actually delicious. The hotel was nice and felt very boho vibes which was nice and the reason to stay at a place like this. Customer service was not so great beginning from the front desk to the restaurant and beach club staff. All workers did the bare minimum and not so friendly even after giving them a good tip. Any time I asked for anything additional like napkins, utensils, a refill, etc they acted bothered because I was asking them to do something extra other than delivering my food to my table. Not the hospitality I am used to when visiting beautiful Quintana Roo. Not sure I would stay here again. Bad customer service can really ruin the experience even when staying at a nice place.

This hotel exceeded all expectations, beautiful Robinson Caruso vibe in terms of the accommodations and the property. Our breakfast was included which (due to price) was a blessing! Having said that, it was five star breakfast (fresh juice, coffee, delicious offerings- excellent quality and selection. Staff became family, special shout out to Luiz, Javier and Mike. Room was clean, a bit sparse. No dresser, tv and no door on the bathroom- def something to keep in mind. Room faced the road and it was a bit loud early in the mornings. Resort itself is gorgeous, beach and pool- beautiful. No issues with hot water. Staff were all great. I didn’t love the food but husband thought it was good. Breakfast was great considering it was included. I would stay again and I would recommend it but a different room.

Nice looking hotel, great breakfast and the best sunbeds I saw in Holbox. Biggest drawback is noise. This is both for the rooms which don’t have noise isolation and the beach area due to the constant back and forth driving from the side by sides and fourwheelers, right by the sundbeds. The fact they where doing construction work with concrete demolition wasn’t great either and the reception handled that really poorly

Location of the property is really good, the beach is gorgeous! Staff is super friendly and kind, food is tasted realky good. The yoga class is a plus! Great experience you must try it out. There are some construction works in progress around the property, and there was a bad smell coming from the street; The spa staff walks around with incense a couple of times a day, which is really helpful. We had a bad experience with the TV, we did not use it until de last day, since it was very windy and we wanted to stay in and watch a movie, TV volume did not work and the hotel staff was not capable to provide a solution. There was also a lot of noise from the room above ours, during sleeping hours, furniture being moved, objects dropping and waking alarms really early.
